Marto Lafitte & Associates Inc. is an award-winning boutique South African law firm based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. Established in 1995, the firm provides personalised, practical, and specialised legal services across civil litigation, commercial and company law, conveyancing and property law, collections, and estates.

Location and Jurisdiction

Our offices are centrally located in Bedfordview, east of the Johannesburg CBD. This position gives us direct access to the Johannesburg High Court, the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court, the Germiston Magistrates’ Court, the Johannesburg Deeds Office, and the Master’s Office.

Where a matter falls outside our immediate area of jurisdiction, we are able to continue representing our clients through our established network of trusted partner attorneys. These professional relationships allow us to provide effective legal support across other courts and jurisdictions, while ensuring that clients continue to benefit from MLA’s direct oversight, strategic input, and personalised service.
